I also need to point out that the fine folks over at October Toys give a noted shout-out to M.U.S.C.L.E. (Kinkeshi) as one of the clear inspirations behind OMFG!  It also does not hurt that these figures are creepy cool, and that I am a big fan of October Toys' Z.O.M.B.I.E. line!
